Also the theatre and the shopping mall at the beach can be reached within 5 minutes walking. The shopping mall is open all Saturday and Sunday, so when you get unexpected visitors, you can always go and buy there something.
Regular shopping is very convenient. You have an 'Albert Hein' very close by and even closer, in Gentsestraat, shops with always fresh vegetables etc.
I have not sold the house but rented it out when we moved since I wanted to keep the option open to be able to return to this wonderful place. I am sure any tenant would enjoy a wonderful time at the place.
The house underwent substantial renovation in the last several months. Completely painted inside, new curtains, parket redone, but also new safety locks conforming to police security recommendations (politie veiligkeitskeuring). Moreover, the outside wall
